Hi.

Welcome to my blog, where I document my adventures. I hope you have a nice stay!

Future trips My next twelve months are a mix of work travel and pleasure travel. A quick rundown… October - work trip to Orlando, Florida, 1 week November - Thanksgiving travel to Omaha, Nebraska to visit a friend, 4 days, a race is involved, driving with my dog :) December - Christmas travel to Florida, one week, driving with 2 others and 2 small dogs    January - work trip to Ft. Myers, Florida, long weekend, flying March - first vacation of 2016, flying with a friend, Napa for the Napa Valley marathon and then driving to San Francisco for 3 days, later that month, work trip to Scottsdale, Arizona, flying, 1 week May - Blocking off time and saving my money for second adventure of 2016 in Europe, a race is involved, more details later this week, it might just be me but my sister might be coming for part of the trip, flying, 10-14 days August - adventure part 3 with good friends, Croatia, Montenegro, and possibly one more country, flying (duh) 1 week? 10 days? details are up in the air so far October - work trip to San Francisco, flying, 1 week So I’m hoping 2016 is the year I achieve some kind of status on American Airlines, for starters. But I am also hoping to cross six countries off of my list, possibly one or two more, it just depends on how the travel plans go. I also have friends in Europe that I would like to see, so I hope to tack those on to the end or beginning of a few of these trips. Even looking at the pleasure travel of 2016, it looks ambitious, but doable and very exciting. I think there is enough time between the long trips to not be overwhelming and make me feel like I’m constantly traveling. I also think it is just packed enough with new places and old that it is still an exciting schedule.
