Hello from the end of a very long week! I wish I could write about why this week has been a mess, but it is not something I can actually write or talk about right now or maybe ever. Just know that work has been stressful and I’m working to make it not. I’ve just been too exhausted and busy to finish the posts for my recent BC trip. I’m hoping this weekend is relaxing and fun since it is Memorial Day Weekend and the summer season is upon is.
What I do have for you today is links that I really enjoyed this week, so let’s get started!
I haven’t been to Ottawa, yet, and it wasn’t really on my radar but this article makes me think I should add it to my list! I am making my rounds of Canada so why not?
Sorry, not sorry for these. I liked Game of Thrones. I was late to the party, I watched the first seven seasons right after season seven ended. Then I had to wait with everyone else who was a fan. And I’m glad I jumped on that bandwagon in time to watch the last season in real time. I read the first book ages ago and I’m inspired to read the series now. But anyway! I liked this article and sorry but I don’t care, Varys. My final verdict was that I loved the show. I was not crazy about Bran being king but I liked that the ending was not wrapped up with a shiny bow and happy endings all around.
Since seeing the night sky is one of my favorite things about visiting more remote locations, I love this news.
More Costa Rica surf camp options for me (and anyone else who is interested).
Do you sit at a desk for your job? Are you an aerialist like me with the tightest shoulders and chest ever? Maybe not but you could probably still use this shoulder stretch article. My goal this summer is to really really work on the range of motion in my lower back/hip flexors and in my SHOULDERS.
Nantucket has never been a place I want to go. Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Nova Scotia, and the Maritimes, sure, but Nantucket just seems to snooty for me. But maybe this will convince me.
And that’s it! I’m going to use this holiday weekend to write my Whistler and hiking posts from my trip. Have a great Memorial Day weekend if you’re in the US and enjoy your regular weekend if you’re not!
