Hi.

Welcome to my blog, where I document my adventures. I hope you have a nice stay!

Friday Favorites Travel: Beware, credit card churners , AmEx may be on to you! Interesting development on flights to Cuba from the USA. Where to travel if you hope to break up with an SO. (ha) Okay, I’m not really laughing. I would totally do this  (volcano boarding)! Trips that “inspire you to get into shape” or if you already are ready for them, hear ya go . And after you’re in shape and do the active trip, you need to find the best gelato in Rome , duh. Life : Guidelines for a long and healthy life. I normally don’t read the emails from LinkedIn that are peppered with a bunch of articles to read, but this got my attention because busy-ness is a freaking epidemic these days. A note: I’ve had a very difficult time adjusting back to real life after my trip. Work is exceptionally busy to the point of being an absolute beast and I feel like I’m doing thankless work as well as feeling like I’m drowning and no life preserver is in sight. There are just a lot of things swirling around in my mind and I know that I am not in the right place professionally/career-wise. I am relying heavily on good friends and hobbies right now to stay afloat and sane. Next week, I’m hoping to restart some good morning routine habits that I used to enjoy getting out of bed for every morning (short yoga session, trying meditation, a little quiet time or journaling time) before I ever checked my phone or turned on the news.   Thanks for reading.
