Hi! I feel like I’m letting this Chile/Argentina trip drag on forever, but there was so much to talk about. And, I promise that I’ll get to my Kilimanjaro trip very soon. I am only posting photos of our remaining time in Buenos Aires today and then one short post on Santiago, Chile next week and then, Tanzania begins!
I loved the detail on this street art.
View of Buenos Aires at night atop the Palacio Barolo.
Oh hey, its La Casa Rosada!
The Park Hyatt had an art gallery between the two towers that was for purchase. I posed with my favorite pieces, this was one of them.
I enjoy how close the lady and child are to me and they don’t even realize it. :) This photo is definitely a keeper.
Also in our hotel for purchase, I LOVED it and it makes me want to get into collage artwork again. It was huge and the lighting was terrible for photos and I apologize for the quality of this photo but I loved this piece so much.
This building/street scene reminded me New Orleans. I liked it.
Another piece from the gallery in our hotel. This was made of wood and wire and painted.
It was cold and I was running out of clothes and forgive my outfit and hair. Posing at the Japanese Gardens.
Pretty Buenos Aires.
Other things you can buy and see at San Telmo Market? NIGHTMARE FUEL. Ugh.
Ornate building in BA.
More color in Palermo.
Taking my poncho out for our last day in cute and hip Palermo. Some man asked if I was a college student that day.
I definitely only took this photo outside Recoleta because the Latin looked like a magic spell from Harry Potter.
At Recoleta Cemetery.
Lindsey at the Japanese Gardens.
Pretty statue at the memorial of a very young person who died, in Recoleta.
Portrait of the artist by the artist in the glass at MALBA. (I enjoy typing that).
