What a week?! Am I right? I don't mean that in a good way. I don't know what is going on with this country but I'm not even going there. Personally, it hasn't been that great either. I finally got over a cold, well mostly, so that's a good thing. I still have a little throat scratchiness and tired eyes but I'm on the mend and back to being active. Work has been insane but I have my coordinator back from maternity leave and I have help in office too. Delegating again has been great. There have just been disagreements with my family and I'm really second-guessing myself and don't want to be doing that. But on to the links!
How to look great after a long flight.
LA's best hikes. (my kind of link!)
I can't wait to see how this soon to be launched budget French airline impacts European travel.
Healthcare and insurance in France. Really interesting.
Things to know about shingles. Because younger and younger people are getting it!
Five things healthy people do in the morning. These are not ground-breaking. I think if anything, do the first one (I do) and I'm trying to be good about doing the second one but it usually happens at night or after my morning workout. Staying mobile and stretched has become so much more important to me after 30.
Star Wars Cocktails.
Coffee on the go. I'm not sure what I think about that.
I usually can't stand articles like this but some of these books sound good!
Inside Pussy Riot. Have you ever watched their story on Netflix? I was riveted. There's going to be an art installation/live political theatre/living art dedicated to their story and journey.
Have a great weekend! I am hoping to relax and get out and do things since last weekend I was sick and did nothing but lay around and sleep. I also watched all of GLOW (Glamorous Ladies of Wrestling) on Netflix, thanks to a friend's recommendation, and I loved it!
